and many cups of tea.

For ponchos and haircuts,
for walks to the garden,
for face masks, crocheted popcorns
and thins plain chips.

For soy milk and friendship,
for nurses and cryo,
for healing, directors chairs
and sunset in mauve.

For faith that sustains us
for hope that won’t leave us
and love that remains,
forever to be shared.
